Delivery Information
Fast Food Express ATL expects to have your food at your door in 30 minutes to an hour. The expected time of delivery is contingent upon traffic delays, restaurant volume, and size of your order. Fast Food Express ATL aims to deliver your food in record time – we won’t make you wait hours like those other guys who claim to be swifty!
Refunds, Returns & Cancelation Policies
Although customer service is Fast Food Express ATL’s number one priority, we are unable to offer refunds or returns. The customer will receive an email invoice from Fast Food Express ATL. If a customer wishes to cancel an order that was paid for by credit card, we cannot reverse the payment. BE SURE OF YOUR ORDER if you pay for your order with a credit card. Cash orders may be cancelled within 10 minutes of the initial order time. Since our service is quick, we cannot extend this time for cancellation. If a cash order is not cancelled and not paid for, the card used to secure your order will be charged. Make sure you are satisfied with your order requests before you put in your payment information because you may not be able to cancel later.
